"I go there all the time. The staff are very chill and efficient at what they do. The building is cooled in the summer as well! Nothing like being able to stop for a dragon fruit refresher and cool off while I'm out running errands!"

"Fast service lately here with a new method at the drive thru. They are having cars pull forward for delays so to not hold up the line. I think it works better that way. The folks here are always friendly and you know they want to cut down on the delays. Food is always fresh here too."

"I have stopped at this location (15 Lafayette Road) in years past when in the area doing photography and quit because of poor service and rude employees. I am glad I gave it another shot, because something has changed in the past year or so. The employees are friendly, my iced mocha is always made consistently, and they keep things moving efficiently. I usually only stop on weekends as I don't live in the area but it is now my go to Dunkin's when I am in that area. I am impressed with the changes and the clean property (nice to see no overflowing trash cans, ever, not the case with many others!). Whoever is running the show there now is doing a great job. :)"

"They serve good coffee and the donuts are fresh only in the morning. The only challenge there is that the servers don't always follow directions to get your coffee right. That can be frustrating to say the least. Go early in the morning and repeat your directions if you're in the drive up."

"The Manager is awesome, very friendly and nice to his staff. There are just a few problems with the new employees which is understandable, a little more training would fix it. Macchiato's sometimes shook, not supposed to be and not correct amount of espresso sometimes. Other than that very good Dunkins."
